Lunch at Hillel house: staff presentation, Itinerary reading and introduction about the tzedek project.

Afternoon
City tour: the antagonist Buenos Aires: San Telmo and La Boca
(Touristy and fancy areas that are located next to poverty focuses)

Evening
Educational activity: Jewish community in Argentina and Buenos Aires.
Games about these contents with Hillel peers (trivia)
Dinner with peers at Hillel house

Monday Morning
Breakfast
Beginning the Tzedek Project: painting and rebuilding a Jewish day school, congregation or community center
- Meeting with a member who will give an introduction about the institution.
- Recognising the place / organizing in small groups of work
Lunch boxes

Afternoon
Visit to Palermo University: Argentinean local context Introduction
(Social, Economy and Politics)

Evening
Group debriefing (coordinated by the American staff leader)
Dinner at Hillel

Tuesday Morning
Breakfast
Visit AMIA building – the central institution for the Jewish life in Argentina.
Visit “Baby Help” – JDC program that takes care of children from 0 to 3 years old.
Lunch at Kosher Mac Donald’s

Afternoon
Work on the Tzedek Project
Back to the Hotel for shower

Evening
Group debriefing at Hillel (coordinated by the American staff leader)
Dinner at Hillel
Educational activity: the TZEDEK concept (coordinated by a young rabbi)
Back to the hotel

Wednesday Morning
Breakfast
Work on the Tzedek Project
Lunch Boxes

Afternoon
Visit to Ariel Foundation (JDC Employment program)
Visit to Libertad Synagogue and the Jewish museum
City Tour: Down Town
(Government house at Plaza de Mayo, Corrientes Avenue., the Obelisk, Colon theatre)

Evening
Back to the hotel for shower
Dinner at Hillel
Tango Show or Tango lessons (extra cost)

Thrursday Morning

Work on the Tzedek Project

Educational activity at the institution

Afternoon
Tzedek activity for a non Jewish institution

Evening
Back to the hotel for shower
Free Dinner with Argentinean peers

Friday Morning

Finishing the Tzedek Project

Shabbat at the institution
Back to the Hotel to prepare for Shabbat

Shabbat services (they can choose between a conservative and an orthodox synagogue)
